Ghanaian Graphic Designer Sarfo Boateng’s Caricature Of Notorious BIG Featured USA

Renowned caricaturist and nature photographer Sarfo Boateng aka SarBoat’s caricature of the legendary hip hop artiste Notorious BIG has been featured in the artiste’s celebration of life.

The event which is to be held in Atlanta in the United States on 12th March, 2017 is organized by Capital B events and James Evants ATL is to commemorate and honor the late rapper for his contribution to the hip hop world.

When we contacted the Caricaturist, Sarfo Boateng about how He feels about his work been featured in such a prestigious event, He told MediaHomeGh.com that,

I was shocked when the organizers of the event contacted me asking for permission to feature my art. The internet is a very great tool and I am very elated that y work has been recognized by the. Surely will I be doing more of caricature of your favorite people.

Sarfo Boateng is a graduate from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi – Ghana, studied Publishing and majored in design and illustration.

In 2015, He was nominated for the ‘Artist Extraordinaire Award’ at the Guba Awards in UK organized by by UK-based Ghanaian TV personality Dentaa.
